In-office project management

Every program, regardless of size, is assigned to one of our regional project managers. It's their job to ensure we're putting the right people on the job and to coordinate the event details.

Trained, W2 staff

California's landmark gig economy law went into effect January 1, 2020. This ruling, reinforces national labor laws which state that any worker who is given training, told what to wear, has a set wage or time, must be classified as a W2 employee by the agency where they work. Fines for both clients and agencies are stiff and retroactive. Thankfully, Kinetic Events has been staffing W2 labor for years and is fully compliant with all new and existing laws.
