City spotlight: Los Angeles

Los Angeles is home to our company's earliest days. Over ten years ago, we opened our first office in Marina Del Rey. To date, we have delivered over six hundred programs in the Los Angeles and Orange County market. Here are a few recent brand ambassador, promotional model, and event staff programs as part of our City Spotlight series of posts. 

KCON LA 2018

Location: Downtown Los Angeles, Los Angeles Convention Center

Roles: Six brand ambassadors working at WB's trade show booth, multi-day program

Description: KCON is the nation's premier celebration of South Korea's Pop culture. Over 13,000 people were in attendance to celebrate music, dance, and media. Kinetic Events played a supporting role to the WB network's on-site presence. We helped interact with fans, drive social media engagement, and answer questions.Read more about KCON LA 2018 here.


Nestea, Hollywood pop-up shop

Location: Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles

Roles: Product sampling and brand education for multi-day consumer pop-up

Description: In conjunction with a local Food & Wine event, Nestea created a pop-up style product sampling experience in the heart of Hollywood. Our Brand Ambassadors helped deliver product and educate consumers.


Deep Eddy Vodka, CA product launch

Location: Dirty Laundry, Hollywood

Roles: Promotional models to help launch Deep Eddy Vodka in California markets

Description: To help launch Deep Eddy Vodka, we teamed up with our sister company MetroWize to deliver a private influencer event in the Hollywood speakeasy Dirty Laundry. This private event featured heavy branding and signature Deep Eddy cocktails along with Deep Eddy Bettys, the brand's signature ambassador style.  


Sambazon at Coachella

Location: Indio, California

Roles: Product sampling, retail sales, and brand education for multi-day consumer pop-up

Description: Kinetic Events Staffing created a brand experience at Coachella and various parties surrounding the nation's most prominent music festival. Our company has deep ties to the music industry and helped deliver a hip and vibrant vibe to Sambazon brand.


Netflix 100 millionth subscriber event

Location: Santa Monica

Roles: Event staff and registration

Description: Netflix celebrated its 50 millionth and 100 millionth subscriber milestones with parties in Santa Monica. Kinetic Events Staffing was there for both parties to support event operations
