Our process
Contractor Agreement, W9, Banking Set Up
As soon as you enter your name and email in the form above, our paperwork from PandaDoc will be sent to you. Check your inbox as it's sent out right away. This document has three parts, 1) Our contractor agreement, 2) a standard W9, and 3) a banking information request so you can get paid. We typically pay via direct deposit, but if you'd rather receive a physical check in the mail, you can choose that method and skip the banking info.
Getting invite to Next Crew and filling out your profile
Once you complete your PandaDoc agreement, we will send you an invite to Next Crew. Next Crew is the digital platform we use to offer gigs and communicate information. Sign up, fill out your profile, and you're ready to start receiving opportunities. Just a note that the Next Crew invite needs to be initiated manually. We generally turn things around quickly during office hours but don't send the invites out after hours or on the weekends.
