ServiceNow is a software development company focused on enhancing productivity. Every year, they host a series of conferences nationwide to showcase their innovations in their space. Thousands of industry professionals from all over the world travel in to check out new products and listen to tech leaders speak on their success. The Kinetic Events' team of event and conference staff were brought on to assist with registration, wayfinding, room oversight, and a variety of other conference staff duties. The conference stopped in Dallas, Chicago, New York City, and Washington DC. Our event staff kept each event running smoothly and led to successful programs in every city.

  • Training for staff required due to specific information relayed from client
  • Manage and pass out training and promotional materials to the staff
  • Interact with customers and guests in an outgoing and friendly manner while encouraging them to visit exhibitions
  • Post event reporting and evaluation
